MAAP OPENING: OUT OF THE INTERNET 30th November 2006 [07.12.2006]
MAAP OUT OF THE INTERNET exhibition opening was a great success, and greatfully acknowledges Mr Wang Yudong, Deputy Director of the China Millenium Monument Art Museum, and Director of the recently created Beijing Centre for Creativity who officially opened the MAAP 2006 exhibition. This was of special significance to the MAAP organization as Mr Wang was an instrumental organisor for the 'MAAP in Beijing' media festival in 2002.
ABC media presenter Richard Feidler generously came forth with his keen curiosity toward media art to host the opening.
MAAP would like to thank artists: * Candy Factory (Japan), LIM + PHUA (Singapore), YOUNG HAE CHANG HEAVY INDUSTRIES (Korea), Feng Mengbo (China), Iain Mott (Australia) for travelling to Brisbane to exhibit their works.
