MAAP Media Bank: MAKE A LOAN REQUEST

STEP 1. Make sure all fields in the online form are complete, including all artists involved in the project.

STEP 2. Fill out your equipment request.

STEP 3. Use the ‘Other Details’ field to explain your artistic rationale. What are you going to do? Why do you want to do it? (No more than 500 words).

Equipment loans are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the MAAP Media Bank Loan Agreement Form.

Not all loan requests are approved, so state your situation and objectives clearly. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

TO FINALISE YOUR LOAN AGREEMENT

STEP 1. You will recieve an email confirming your request

STEP 2. If your request is accepted, we will send you a MAAP Media Bank Loan Agreement Form

STEP 3. Make a pick-up appointment to collect the equipment, and bring your $200 refundable deposit (refer to Loan Agreement).

STEP 4. Ensure that MAAP Media Bank logo is acknowledged correctly.

STEP 5. On return of equipment, you must provide feedback to our online questionnaire as a condition of your loan. You must also supply documentation of your project for the MAAP Media Bank website.

Please note new MAAP Media Bank opening hours:

Wednesday – Friday, 10am – 4pm

If you have borrowed equipment before, check that you have fulfilled your last loan agreement. Have you filled in the questionnaire? Have you supplied documentation? If not, you will not qualify for another loan.
