Archie Moore works in a variety of media to explore the constructs of language and history, particularly as they relate to Aboriginal experience in Australia. He was awarded The Millennial Anne & Gordon Samstag International Visual Arts in 2001, and subsequently studied at the Academy Of Fine Arts Prague, Czech Republic. In addition to exhibiting extensively in Australia and internationally, he has had a number of public art commissions, most recently on the new Kurilpa Bridge in Brisbane. Lives and works in Brisbane, Australia.
